Pre-Rental Tips


  1. Is the company licensed with the state of Mississippi?
  2. Are they insured?
  3. Both above are required by state law.
  4. How old is the equipment?
  5. Is it cleaned and sanitized before every use?
  6. Are they using commercial equipment?
  7. What happens if the owner gets sick does everything shut down?
  8. Are they hiding there address from you? Usually a sign of a company that no shows.
  9. Do they return calls in a timely manner? Especially on the rental day.
  10. If they do not have a rental software to prevent double booking and they over book will you be without a rental?

10% Fuel Surcharge: Effective 3-1-11 there will be a 10% Fuel Surcharge calculated from the order sub-total on all local delivery orders due to increase fuel prices. An example of this charge would be a $100.00 order costing $10.00 extra for the fuel surcharge. We will limit this fuel surcharge to $50.00 for all orders $500.00 or more. Therefore the fuel surcharge will never exceed $50.00.
