Please Note:

Local delivery rates include setup & pickup at your location. Rates displayed do not include 10% fuel surcharge or 7% sales tax (unless tax exempt).
Out of area delivery rates we will calculate delivery based on the physical address you provide. Rates do not include 7% sales tax (unless tax exempt).
Local & Out of area pickup rates do not include 4% shop handling or 7% sales tax (unless tax exempt).
There will be a 10% Fuel Surcharge calculated from the order sub-total on all local delivery orders. An example of this charge would be a $100.00 order costing $10.00 extra for the fuel surcharge. We will limit this fuel surcharge to $50.00 for all orders $500.00 or more.
